The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Creator & Social team, supporting innovative retail brands. The ideal candidate has an interest in influencer marketing, social media, consumer PR and talent relations.

Source influencers for client campaigns using research and analytics tools
Monitor and track influencer content and social media metrics
Develop reports, strategies and messaging documents
Maintain and develop relationships with influencers
Negotiate fees and deliverables with influencers
Coordinate events and on-site activations
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients

You Have These:

A combination of education or experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
Bachelor’s degree – Public Relations, Communications or Marketing preferred
Communicate effectively and professionally, exhibit strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to show time management skills and handle a high-volume work load
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups
A pulse on the latest marketing, PR and social media trends

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$18.75 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:

$25.00 hourly
