Our Client, a Colorado Community Bank, seeks a Compliance Analyst to assist in AML & BSA regulatory requirements and policies. Duties will include;

• Responsible for fulfilling the Anti-Money-Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act requirements through identification and investigation of suspicious activity. • Actively ensures compliance with company and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. • Examines establishment policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. • Evaluates and analyzes the information uncovered during the investigation and makes recommendation regarding whether a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) must be filed.
• Prepares Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). • Prepares and reviews case files with all required documentation for BSA retention. • Maintains watch list customers and investigates for continued suspicious activity. • Reviews new account information for compliance with CIP.
• Communicates with employees and/or management to follow-up on questionable CIP items/exceptions. Appropriately escalates material risks to manager.
• Assist business units in implementing processes necessary to comply with regulations. Stays abreast of changes to federal and state banking laws and regulations affecting the management, operations, and product offerings of the establishment.

You must have a 4 year college or else university qualification with direct compliance experience of the Bank Secrecy Act and a broad knowledge of Anti-money laundering requirements. USA based candidates only please.
