We are looking for a Senior UAT/Lead Test Engineer to spearhead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programme.

Skills & Experience:

Strong track record in leading UAT for large-scale CRM projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficient in Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and associated business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from end users to senior leadership.
Hands-on and detail-oriented, while capable of maintaining a strategic view of testing across the programme.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with frequent on-site engagement in Edinburgh.
Confident in managing vendors and external implementation partners.
