We’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Executive (3+ years of B2B experience) to join our fully remote team and drive results across exciting client campaigns.

The role requires a considered approach towards business development where target research is key, and patience and attention to detail is of the utmost importance to a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:

Engaging with senior decision-makers, including C-level execs, across global markets
Driving lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
Managing multiple client campaigns using pre-created messaging and targeted strategies
Collaborating with our marketing team to deliver warm, qualified opportunities
Maintaining detailed and accurate CRM updates for client reporting

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in B2B business development or lead generation
Proven success using phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads
Confident, engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
A proactive, resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
