Lift Recruitment are working with a leading organisation based in Edgbaston Birmingham, and they are looking for a WiFi Engineer to join their existing team. This will be on an initial 6 month contract but can be extended.

Day to day duties:

You will be conducting wireless site surveys and analysing existing WiFi performance

You will design and implement improvements across the WiFi estate

You will configure and fine tune wireless controllers and Aruba access points

Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience of managing enterprise wireless networks across large sites

Knowledge of WiFi protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and RF design

Familiarity with WiFi tools like Ekahau or Netspot

Understanding of authentication protocols like Radius and 802.1x

Hours of work/Pay rate:

You will be paid between £300 and £400 a day, depending on your experience

You will be working days with flexi hours
