Multrees Investor Services are an award-winning investment services company who operate in the Financial Services sector.

An opportunity has arrived within their People team for an apprentice. They have supported numerous QA Apprentices throughout the years - you will even have an ex QA Apprentice in the People team to support you. During your role you will support HR processes, input and maintain data in the HR systems and support the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the MS Outlook HR inbox and act as the first point of contact for queries Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the core People practices are delivered on time and to a high standard and administer the end-to-end people management processes Take ownership of NaturalHR to ensure employee information is kept up to date Support payroll function and monitor external payroll provider portal, measure and report on People metrics to generate discussion and enable fact-based decision making Maintain the mandatory training, and continuing professional development MI, being the main point of contact for the Risk & Compliance Team Manage the onboarding process including creating employment contracts, liaising with pre-employment screening agency, liaising with external training providers, and organising inductions to ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires Contribute to strategic People projects and change initiatives as required, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard Continually seek ways to improve People processes to build an efficient and effective service

Salary:

£18,500 per annum. Your salary will be discussed upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
