IT Business Application & Project Support Analyst

Our client is looking for an IT Business Applications & Project Support Analyst to start ASAP on an initial 3-6 month contract. You must be able to hit the ground running and ideally be available to start immediately. This is NOT a Desktop Support position - You must have strong Business Applications Support experience to be considered for the role.

Hybrid working - 4 days in the office

Key skills & experience

Must have recent and extensive Business Applications Support experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
You will be able to set up campaigns and policies
Good Configuration skills
Able to follow processes and documentation Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk system
Able to work with Application providers and ensure smooth running of systems and SLA's are adhered to
Deliver key areas of internal changes ie online documents, workflows & products

Continuously review & improve application support processes and ensure that documentation is kept updated
