Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of creative, analytical, and project management skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
Develop compelling and relevant content across digital platforms—including blogs, email newsletters, social media, and website updates.
Assist with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Use Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Uphold and evolve the company’s brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform campaign strategy and content planning.
Utilize platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, campaigns, and marketing workflows.
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and marketing projects.

Key Skills & Experience

Strategic planning and campaign alignment with business goals
Strong writing, editing, and content management abilities
Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategy
Ability to analyse data to inform marketing decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and engage stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Experience managing content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Strong portfolio or examples of previous marketing work is a plus
