Join our clients fast-paced, friendly IT team during an exciting time of transition! As an IT Service Coordinator, you’ll support high-quality service delivery, help manage change, and work closely with internal teams and our clients outsourced technology partner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of IT to ensure services run smoothly while helping embed governance and process improvements. This is a six month role initially but there may be opportunities beyond this point due to the growth and change that this organisation is undergoing.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate service delivery and support the IT transition project
Maintain documentation, assist with change control, service reviews, and incident management
Liaise with business teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Support IT financial processes, licensing, and vendor evaluation
Work hands-on with tools like M365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint

What we're looking for:

1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service coordination
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
