This established independent tour operator is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their growing team.

Your will be responsible for developing and executing results-driven marketing strategies across digital channels. If you have a proven record of building a travel brand, pulling in sales and work on campaigns within the travel industry, please apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.* Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across digital, content, CRM, and brand functions.* Oversee multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline.* Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.* Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and performance.* Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI

Experienced Required:

* Current experience as a Marketing Manager within the travel industry* Proven leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.* Deep understanding of customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.* Hands-on experience with digital channels, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.* Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial focus.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Package:

* A generous starting salary of £55,000 - £60.000* Flexibility to work remotely with the occasional travel to the London office
