We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator for our client based in Birmingham city centre . We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and preferably has some experience in Lab/ Sciences or Surface Modification or Finishes .

Attention to detail is critical. The successful applicant should be Technically minded, flexible and willing to learn in a dynamic Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support with Technical records and documentation
Monitor websites for update to Specifications
Manage all technical documentation on inhouse systems
Support and update specifications on jobs and work cards
Be fully conversant in Compliance with Regulatory Standards
Corresponding with clients directly via Phone and email
You must have the ability to write and update internal process specifications

Skills/Qualifications:

Administration & Technical experience - minimum of 2 years
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills, including own time management
Good IT skills and comfortable being trained of software systems
Good attention to detail with an interest in Technical issues and being able to offer the right solutions

Temporary – Permanent Position

Working Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.45pm and Friday 8.00 – 13.00

Pay rate £14.00ph depending on experience
