As a CRM Marketing Specialist based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:

Managing CRM marketing cloud campaigns focusing on key upcoming projects as well as BAU and automations
Creating personalised, engaging customer journeys using our Marketing Cloud automation and AMPScript mostly via email, SMS and WhatsApp
Driving the expansion of our customer journey campaigns, using multi-channel communication methods to optimise customer communications,
·Working collaboratively with the Digital Team, Marketing Managers and IT to ensure smooth execution and alignment of communications strategies.

This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, 2 days a week from home!

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Proven experience in Marketing Cloud is essential
Experience in CRM, data marketing, email marketing, lead generation and GDPR
Excellent campaign management, planning and analytical skills
Ideally, experience with AMPscript is preferred
