Job Summary:
The Red Hat Tech Sales team is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join us at Monterrey, Mexico.
The Senior Solutions Architect is the technical leader for the account, orchestrating Red Hat’s overall technical approach for and with the customer across all phases of the customer lifecycle, from value definition to value recognition. Acts as the primary technical trusted advisor for both the customer and the Red Hat Sales team. Communicates the business value and relevance of our partner-enabled technical solutions to meet the customer's business needs.
What you will do:
Acts as the chief technologist for the account and a trusted advisor to the customer's technical teams
Leads the technical sales conversation, explaining the ways in which Red Hat’s portfolio and architected solutions address the customer’s business and organizational requirements
Gathers technical information about the customer and identifies opportunities
Owns the Technical Landscape and the Success Plan, and influences the overall Account Plan.
Proves through demonstration and discussion how the use of the Red Hat portfolio is able to solve customer problems
Identifies and mitigates any technical sales issues
Works closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success Executive to operate according to the strategy, and to coordinate and hold accountable the extended sales team.
Owns the technical win for each sales opportunity
What you will bring:
+6 years of experience as Solution Architect, Presales, Solution Engineer or Similar Roles
Sales Related Experience
Experienced knowledge of: Kubernetes ecosystem, including competing technologies*
Experienced knowledge of: Ansible and competing enterprise automation technologies*
Experienced knowledge of: RHEL and competing operating systems and Cloud Service Providers*
DevOps and Application Development concepts, tools and best practices
Red Hat Cloud Services or Similar Technologies
Relevant Red Hat-related ecosystem solutions
How to translate technical requirements into proposals, presentations, standard demos, workshops, etc. for customers
