What we’re looking for
As Jua.ai’s second Senior Account Executive, you will demonstrate to the market that our small AI startup can significantly outperform governments and large companies with billions in annual budgets and dedicated supercomputers across all performance metrics. Your primary focus will be helping clients recognise potential revenue growth and business expansion opportunities stemming from our groundbreaking technology.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in fostering a sales culture that values consistent success and prioritises customer service characterised by the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements

A high-achiever with a demonstrated track record of sales success

7+ years of experience in high-growth early-stage startup sales

A highly coachable individual with a history of rapidly adapting to new environments

Someone who embodies radical candor and possesses unwavering determination

Previous success in selling new product categories as opposed to being a "price configurator"

Consistent and proven record of selling 6 figure annual recurring revenue contracts for lesser-known brands

Experience using a variety of sales channels, including online marketing and telephone

Quick learner and highly adaptable, with the added advantage of international or cross-industry experience

Possess a high technical aptitude and a hunter mentality

Previous experience in energy and power markets, weather, machine learning or AI products, or related fields

Travel as necessary within Europe to engage with prospects and clients

A background demonstrating world-class competitiveness
Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets

Engage in both inbound and outbound sales strategies effectively using online and telephone communication

Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of our new product category to potential clients

Leverage high technical aptitude to understand and sell our software and technology products
