This is a VP ofstrategy role based in Philadelphia,reporting into a co-lead of strategy for the agency, and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team in our Philadelphia office.Your profile and experience should reflect that with primary responsibilities acrossResearch & Measurement, Brand Strategy, Creative & CulturalStrategy, People Management, Business Development and Strategic Product /Thought Development.
As such, your core responsibilitieswill be:
Leading and enhancing how the Strategy Department integrates with and services the agency,developing ways to improve our product, people, processes and performance to the benefit of the agency as a whole.
Serving as a seniorin-officepresencein Philadelphia–working closely with the heads of Account, Creative and Operations in Philadelphia to foster a culture that reflects our values across departments, mentor talent, and contribute to the overall success of the Branding Center of Excellence. This role requires 4 days in office.
