Job Description
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives. This position requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our target audience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation & Management – Writing blog posts, articles, social media content, and marketing copy, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging;
- Marketing Campaigns Execution – Assisting in the planning, implementation, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns;
- Market Research & Analysis – Conducting competitor research, identifying trends, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts;
- Graphic & Video Content Support – Preparing basic marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, presentations) and assisting in video content creation and edition;
- Collaboration & Coordination – Working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives;
- Social Media & Digital Marketing – Supporting social media activities, email marketing campaigns;
- Marketing Tools & CRM – Using various marketing tools and platforms to support automation, analytics, and reporting.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing (internships, freelance, or junior roles included);
- Strong writing and communication skills in both Polish (native) and English (B2/C1);
- Creativity & critical thinking – ability to generate new ideas and challenge the status quo;
- Proactive & self-motivated attitude – readiness to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements;
- Good research and analytical skills – ability to find, interpret, and present relevant data;
- Tech-savviness – experience with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Basic design & video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO and content optimization;
- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
