Job Description
Purpose
- Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
- Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes.
- Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
- Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations .
- Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
- Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
- Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
- The team is responsible for operations in the data center, software deployment, and handling activities such as request/incident/change/problem tickets, as well as continuous improvements to services.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Have Information technologies - Secondary education
Have 3 years of experience with the following:
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Exchange Server (currently 2016 and future versions)
- High availability solutions and Load Balancing
- Exchange Powershell Scripting and Performance Skill
- Microsoft Windows Server
User:
Languages:
- English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
- German – Advantage (Nice to have)
Possible specialisation
- Participation on on-call duties , independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise.
- You are experienced in implementing IT solutions.
- You bring a hands-on mentality. You are organized in planning implementation steps and align with all relevant stakeholders.
- You are a team player.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850€ /brutto.
