Job DescriptionMain duties & responsibilities
- Assist the F&B Support Team Manager with everyday duties.
- Accurately raise invoices, purchase orders and credits in the New Sage X3 system.
- Assisting the F&B Support Team Manager with reconciliation of the revenue sheets for venues / events each week.
- Assisting the F&B Support Team Manager with debt collection.
- Reconcile and data upload credit card receipts to a software portal
- Reconciliation of meal vouchers post event if applicable.
- Provide a high quality, professional response to all telephone and email enquiries from concessionaires, sub-contractor and suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the F&B Support Team Manager for Food & Beverage and Venue Managers within the 3 division.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Salesforce Database.
- Manage and order staff Uniform for the Group
- Provide a point of contact for concessionaires whilst facilitating the close liaison with all internal departments, passing on information as required.
- Liaise with Venue Managers within the 3 division with regards to the line-up per event and collate all the relevant information from each department.
- Support your team members with Accreditation, hiring and H&S if necessary
- Undertake general administrative tasks including filing and archiving.
- Take into consideration sustainable solutions and best practices to ensure we take responsibility for reducing our impact on the environment and support the companywide sustainability strategy.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
Job RequirementsEssential- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective business and customer relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.
- Educated to a high level of numeracy and literacy, with a good eye for detail.
- Fully competent in MS Office (Intermediate level in Excel).
- Discreet and reliable.
