Job Description
In this role, you are able to translate relevant developments in the fields of HRO and Payroll descending from client requests, legislation and regulations, the relevant collective labor agreements and company-specific regulations, into the implementation of workable systems, tools and processes.
You are the link between specialists hosted at the customer, suppliers or the government and the delivery of our services. You have an advisory role both internally and externally and are able to monitor and adjust the relevant processes.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Contribution to the design, build and test of new or to be changed workflows / processes / procedures / systems;
- Act as the intermediair function between Payroll Administration / Support and Technical application management / Third Suppliers while translating requirements and Releases both ways;
- Solving issues in the integration of both client and Genpact solutions in the total end to end landscape;
- Fullfillment of client requests, checking and working on the progress of our daily and 4 weekly processing and carrying out random checks on the automated processing;
- First line of contact with external counter parts on the terrains of IT, taxes, premiums and labor conditions;
- Participate in small and large projects together with clients and suppliers.
