We are Compliance and Control team under Foundry Factory Finance team. Our goal is to drive effective and efficient compliance program in the way that it can mitigate unexpected operational and legal risks to protect backend foundry business.
Job Description: Your job will include but not be limited to:
1.Execute site compliance and control (CAC) program as per assigned by CAC manager. Be the core team members or Co-Lead with site stake holders in Compliance and Control MRC to drive compliance and control matters resolved and enable control decision making.
2.Partner with factory and site stake holders to resolve compliance and control issues when it occurs; conduct risk assessment as required by site critical business need, new business ramp or expansion.
3.Be responsible for Inventory Management for Backend Foundry sites and Warehouse inventory - train, monitor cycle count activities to reasonably assure sites compliant with SOX404 requirements. Be content expert for inventory and asset management to enable compliance and control standardizations across sites.
4.To lead, consolidate and report out the governance of control indicators as per defined by CAC manager and backend foundry leadership team.
5.Lead and/or actively involve in VF (Virtual Factory) projects when required, be core team member of VF CAC team to execute consistently key compliance and control focus areas to protect backend foundry business.

You should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional qualifications with minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Additional qualifications include:
-Overall understanding of Intel Fixed Asset Accounting policies, Assets Settlement and Capital management process; critical thinking on internal control process and procedures.
-Strong analytical, risk management and controls skillsets; strong project management, excellent communications, business partnership and influencing skills as the candidate is expected to be the content expert and consultant to his/her business partners as well as to influence and/or drive both inventory, cost and controls initiatives at both the Site and VF level.
-Ability to ensure data accuracy, understand and apply materiality guidelines
-Previous experience with factory systems such as SAP, Workstream, and Audit control methodologies would be an added advantage
-Prior experience or knowledge of cross functional and virtual factory environment or warehouse operations would be an added advantage.
