⭐ Mission:
Join us as a Revenue Growth Analyst to drive Qonto's strategic shift from client acquisition to maximizing revenue through client retention & monetization strategies. Working closely with diversified teams acting on this topic (customer success, program management, pricing, CRM etc), you'll be part of a 6-person team that coordinates planning, steering, and measurement of our full-funnel growth activities.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Revenue Growth Analyst at Qonto, you will:
• Co-design with the finance team the strategic revenue planning process and tools, coordinating bottom-up forecast exercise on retention and monetisation KPIs.
• Own the Customer Success & Development team’s compensation plan strategy, defining with the leadership the rules, targets and achievements to foster team motivation & performance
• Be the point of contact for growth teams to understand revenue performance, leading monthly performance rituals & being part of investigations with the other departments (ops, product, strategy).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations that drive business growth
🤔 What you can expect:
• Market/Team Context: You'll join a specialized team that sits at the intersection of Growth, Finance, and Data, serving as a facilitator between these departments. The team was created less than 3 years ago to provide strategic support for growth teams by ensuring they have the tools and processes to measure, plan, and monitor performance.
• Strategic Impact: You'll be part of Qonto's critical shift from acquisition-focused growth to revenue optimization, working on complex monetization strategies in a SaaS business model with sophisticated upselling, pricing optimization, and client lifecycle management.
• Collaborative Environment: You'll work with multiple stakeholders including Growth leadership, Finance, Data, and Operations teams, providing a comprehensive view of business performance and strategic planning.
• Growth Opportunity: You'll have the chance to be part of a strategic team that acts as a performance steering mechanism, not just analyzing data but also making recommendations and proposing strategic directions for business growth.
🤝About your future manager:
Your manager will be Jacky, our Head of Growth Performance.
• His path? Jacky built his expertise through progressive roles in finance and business performance. After starting in FP&A at Dassault Systèmes, he moved to Criteo where he advanced to Sales Operations Manager, developing automated reporting systems and leading a team of analysts. Before joining Qonto in 2022, he was Head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective, where he created comprehensive planning processes and performance frameworks.
• What he can bring to the team? Jacky combines analytical rigor with strategic business understanding, having worked at the intersection of finance, sales, and performance across multiple industries. He excels at creating structured frameworks that translate complex data into actionable insights. In his team, he balances providing autonomy for you to shape your projects with the right level of support and challenge to help you grow professionally.
🏅About You
• You have a powerful analytical mindset and you can handle a wide variety and volume of data (SQL is a plus, we use Metabase);
• You can buildmodels, including cohort based ones, easy-to-use out of complex questions (at Qonto, we use GSheet, Anaplan is a plus).
• You have built a business expertise dealing with client retention and/or upsell strategy, being able to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
• You are a great team player and are at ease interacting and working with senior stakeholders (growth & country directors) to deliver actions & results
