Responsibilities - Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the frontend(Primary skill) and backend(Secondary skill) of responsive web applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks - Mainly React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- AI Integration: Collaborate and leverage tools like ChatGPT to provide users with conversational interfaces, personalized recommendations, or automated responses.
- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and conduct accessibility, Localization and End to End Test regressions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards; conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration of AI functionalities.
- Testing and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing applications; implement automated testing for both frontend and backend features, including AI components.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, AI models, processes, and system designs to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in ChatGPT and full stack development.
Preferred- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and popular frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Ruby, or Java).
- Familiarity with and experience using APIs like OpenAI's ChatGPT.
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with web performance tools (e.g., Lighthouse)
