Data quality and consistency are foundational requirements to a well-managed asset and work management program. To achieve this end, the Sr Advisor STO Master Data would work closely with other members of the STO planning team. They will be acting as the liaison between all parties modifying STO assets through projects or other work and ensure that assets and asset data, PM plans and other critical asset information are created or modified correctly, consistently, and in accordance with enterprise standards.

What you will do:
Act as the single point of contact to handle all asset data change requests from various stakeholders including project managers, STO field employees, STO engineering, Integrity, and others.
Ensure consistency and continuity of STO asset data, ensuring assets and maintenance plans are loaded in accordance with STO requirements and meet enterprise data guidelines.
Assist with overseeing creation and maintenance of STO work and asset management reporting, KPIs and dashboards
Handle requests for information related to asset and work management data
Act as the STO representative on enterprise asset and work management governance committees.
Lead efforts to continue the harmonization of asset data and information between legacy AWM systems.
The role will be responsible for the maintenance of over 60,000 asset equipment records and 40,000 maintenance plans in SAP and Maximo. The role will assist with maintenance of over 30 individual work and asset management reports and KPIs.
The position will work closely with the EAWM Team, STO Planning Supervisor, STO Planning Team, STO Engineering, and Project Leads.

Required Qualifications
Related university degree and six‐plus years’ experience
OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience,
OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience
Project planning and execution knowledge.
High degree of skill and knowledge regarding SAP PM and/or Maximo
Strong organizational skills
Self starting individual
Desired Qualifications
Maintenance Management Professional Certification
Knowledge or ability in Microsoft Power BI
Project Management Professional Certification
