Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst / PROJECT LEAD

Contract Business Analyst – ERP

Contract: 6 months, Outside IR35 – Circa £500 per day

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Our client is an SME implementing a new ERP application to replace its legacy one. This ERP solution is SAP Business One integrated with an industry specific application and this project is underway.

As Business Analyst, you’ll focus on business processes for transport / fleet / haulage/ delivery and how this generates invoices, charges, billing and changes of stock, so the new ERP enables the business to be more efficient. You’ll:

·Analyse, develop and map processes to the new ERP to meet business needs, considering best practice, particularly around haulage / transport/ movement of stock and invoicing / charges/ changes in stock.

·Review and recommend efficient processes for invoicing in SAP considering complex pricing models.

·Liaise with third party application provider regarding changes required

·Run test scenarios for processes and functional tests

·Assist with planning and managing UAT. Collate UAT results and ensure changes are made where required, liaising with the supplier to ensuring fixes are delivered on time.

·Review training materials for users and ensure it meets their needs

·Contribute to data cleansing

·Application integration and go-live

ABOUT YOU

To be considered you MUST HAVE:

Business Analysis expertise with business process analysis specifically in transport / fleet / haulage/ and stock delivery processes and the related invoicing / billing processes as a result of stock movement.
Implemented and optimised processes for complex charging models in an ERP
Optimised the subsequent customer billing / invoicing processes
Reviewing and identifying process improvements
Testing – scenarios, functional and UAT.
Training
Ideally invoicing processes in SAP Business One

Location: Yeovil, Somerset- mainly office based. You need to be within reasonable commuting distance to be in the office and collaborate with stakeholders most days.

Contract: 6 months

Rate: Circa £500 per day

Contract Status: Outside IR35
