- Define Objectives for IT Projects.
- Develop IT Plans & Project Management Documentation.
- Led cross-functional teams & manage resources effectively.
- Manged Quality Control of IT Projects.
- Drafted IT Budget proposals - managed IT Project Budget & Resource requirements.
- Track IT Project Milestones & deliverables.
- Third Parties - managing external providers & contractors.
