Role Overview
As the Social Media & Email Marketing Executive, you’ll support the development and delivery of engaging digital campaigns that grow brand awareness, build our online community, and drive customer engagement. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to create content, schedule posts, manage email communications, and help optimise campaign performance.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team and develop your skills across key areas of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

Monitor trends, track engagement, and contribute to social media strategies that enhance visibility and engagement

Help grow our online community by engaging with followers, partners, and industry voices
Email Marketing

Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and product updates

Work with design and content teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand

Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation based on analytics
Content & Campaign Support

Collaborate on digital campaigns and contribute ideas for seasonal or product-specific promotions

Assist with writing social and email copy, repurposing content for different platforms and audiences

Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns
Learning & Development

Stay up to date with best practices in social media and email marketing

Learn how to use marketing tools and platforms (e.g. scheduling tools, email automation software, analytics)

Take part in brainstorms, team meetings, and training sessions to grow your marketing knowledge
What We’re Looking For

A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

A genuine interest in social media, email marketing, and digital trends

Strong writing skills and an eye for good design and layout

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday,com or similar tools is a plus

Proactive, organised, and eager to learn

A team player who’s excited to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in across the business when needed – we’re a small team that supports each other
