- Developing creative, consumer-focused campaigns that add real value for our on-trade and off-trade partners.
- Elevating visibility at the point of purchase in both channels.
- Leading the charge on POS development, working with supply chain and commercial teams.
- Providing insight-driven sales arguments and field intelligence.
- Being the marketing eyes, ears, and voice within the on-trade sales environment.
- Managing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness with laser precision.

- An understanding of the off-trade channel.
- 3+ years' experience in FMCG (ideally within beverages) with a flair for field marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - you can command a room and build lasting relationships.
- Creativity, curiosity, and commercial awareness in equal measure.
- Budget savvy with strong project management skills from concept to execution.
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Are self-motivated and thrive on autonomy and accountability.
- Think like a marketer but act like a businessperson.
- Are honest, courageous, a team player - and always ready to pitch in.
- Can turn bold ideas and insights into powerful activations.
- Love getting out into the trade and feel at home in pubs, bars, and clubs.
Bonus Points:
- Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience in the spirits or drinks industry.
- Industry qualifications are a plus.
