As the Surgical Services Manager, you will:

Provide leadership and management across theatres, endoscopy, and recovery.
Oversee equipment management, processes, and staff training in the Minor Procedures Suite.
Ensure continuous quality of care improvements and professional nursing standards.
Develop and evaluate policies and procedures for patient safety and quality.
Manage quality standards, complaints, and critical incidents.
Identify and achieve personal training objectives in line with development plans.
Ensure value for money and clinical effectiveness in purchasing.
Oversee equipment trials and participate in the tendering process.
Collaborate with the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Team to enhance medical device management.
