We are looking for a
Technical Administrator
Job Outline:
Be responsible for day to day liaison and coordination with the G4S Engineers and sub-contractors to assist in the management of receiving completed reactive paperwork/certification. Coordinating with Hard FM team, reviewing reports and finalising compliance documentation to the Centralised Help Desk.
Ensure H&S is applied for all contractors attending site and accurate records are kept in relation to paperwork, Authority to Works,Permits to Work, Risk Assessments etc.
Key Responsibilities/Account-abilitie
Work closely with the Hard FM team to ensure all statutory obligations are met (and evidenced) within the agreed timescales.
Monitor and be proactive with chasing reactive closure documentation from sub-contractors.
Support the review of current documentation and assist in the update of all reports and information required for the facility management systems.
Ensure all completion paperwork is signed off/completed and sent to the Centralised Help Desk for reactive closure within the CAFM system.
Support Hard FM Manager/Supervisor with scheduling of engineers to locations.
Support Hard FM Manager/Supervisor with monitoring of engineers locations using SureCam system and tracking work completion.
Support engineers with raising extension requests and liaising with operations to ensure appropriate extensions have been applied for.
Reviewing subcontractor paperwork to ensure all Risk Assessments, Method statements and Authority/Permit to works are completed prior to the subcontractor attending site.
Work with the Centralised Help Desk in the timely closure of Concept tasks.
To assist with performance monitoring reports ensuring they are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
Assist in the production of all operational , commercial, and client required contractual and compliance documentation.
Other duties reasonably instructed and within skill set.
