This Marketing Assistant role is based in either the Plymouth or London office, offering hybrid working and the chance to join a high-performing marketing function that works collaboratively across design, buying and retail operations. About the Role: As Marketing Assistant, you'll support the wider Marketing team in delivering engaging and effective campaigns across the retail estate. You'll be involved in coordinating point-of-sale (POS) materials, managing digital displays, and ensuring key campaign communications are shared with the right store teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will give you exposure to both operational and digital marketing, while allowing you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your own projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns to stores
Manage internal communications including campaign packs and stakeholder updates
Handle incoming requests and queries via the marketing inbox, ensuring timely action
Support the digital marketing strategy through content planning and social media scheduling
Provide teams with brand assets and guidance on usage
Carry out administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Willingness to support both traditional and digital marketing channels

Desirable:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
