A leading UK pump company operating across the clean and wastewater sectors is seeking an Service Manager to take charge of its national service operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing multi-site teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving operational performance across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and aftercare.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Lead a nationwide team of service engineers and support staff.
Oversee all service operations – from new installations to long-term maintenance contracts.
Act as the technical lead on pump systems when needed (clean water, wastewater, and industrial applications).
Ensure engineers are fully trained, equipped, and aligned with the latest tools and standards.
Collaborate with sales teams to support tenders and proposals with service insight.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the escalation point for service-related issues.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and performance.

Proven leadership in pump or rotating equipment service operations
Technical knowledge of pumps.
Experience managing multi-site service delivery.
Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
