A leading UK pump company operating across the clean and wastewater sectors is seeking an Service Manager to take charge of its national service operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing multi-site teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving operational performance across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and aftercare.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Lead a nationwide team of service engineers and support staff.
- Oversee all service operations – from new installations to long-term maintenance contracts.
- Act as the technical lead on pump systems when needed (clean water, wastewater, and industrial applications).
- Ensure engineers are fully trained, equipped, and aligned with the latest tools and standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support tenders and proposals with service insight.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the escalation point for service-related issues.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and performance.
