- Develop a deep relationship with our Creative Director and maximise both creative and business opportunities
- Project manage creative briefs working directly with our internal client teams and clients
- Working alongside our central resourcing team, allocate time and skills in line with project scope and budgets
- Develop an approach that integrates yourself and the creative team with strategy and our performance channels
- Work closely with our Operations department to run the creative team and deliver operational efficiencies
- Work closely with our CTO to blend creative opportunity and tech/AI
- Develop valuable partnerships and a freelance network to flex to client requirements and oversee digital asset management tools and workflows for efficient content storage and retrieval
- You’ve worked at a Creative and/or Production agency
- You’ve managed diverse projects across digital, social, print, motion and email
- You’re experienced in managing performance asset execution working across multiple digital channels
- You’re experienced in managing brand asset execution
- You’re experienced in managing both clients and internal creative teams
- You have proven experience with industry-standard project/agency management systems (e.g. Mavenlink, Synergist, Screendragon, Paprika, HubSpot CRM, ZiFlow, Frameio, etc.)
- You’re skilled in budget and financial management
