The Product Education Team is responsible for developing and delivering all training and documentation for Feedzai. Our team creates engaging learning paths, courses, modules, user guides, and documentation to empower users to understand and use our products effectively.
You:
We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to develop high-quality, impactful training content that enables users, partners, and internal teams to maximize their engagement with Feedzai’s industry-leading solutions. A key focus will be on creating engaging video content, designing in-app training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user learning experiences.
You will partner closely with UX, Documentation, and Product teams to develop and deliver cutting-edge educational materials, including certifications, tutorials, and in-app guides. Your ability to leverage tools like Pendo and Synthesia (or similar platforms) to create in-app training content and videos will set you apart as a key contributor to our global learning initiatives.
Your Day to Day:
- Training Content Development
- Develop a range of training materials, including video content, certifications, tutorials, and in-app guides, tailored to diverse user needs.
- Design and produce video-based learning solutions, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing, with tools like Synthesia (or similar).
- Create in-app training content using tools like Pendo to enable seamless learning directly within the product.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Collaborate with SMEs and Product teams to translate complex product features into user-friendly learning content.
- Partner with the Documentation team to align training materials with technical content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Work closely with the UX team to integrate training content into product designs, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Enhance Global Learning Experiences
- Support global accessibility by managing translations and localization of training content into multiple languages.
- Continuously refine training materials based on user feedback and performance data.
- Introduce innovative approaches to training delivery, focusing on both engagement and measurable outcomes.
You Have and You Know-how:
- 1+ years in instructional design, curriculum creation, or learning content development, with a strong focus on video content production and in-app training materials.
- Proven ability to work with SMEs to create relevant, practical, and engaging training content.
- Experience collaborating with UX and Documentation teams is a strong advantage.
- Experience in developing multimedia learning solutions, including videos, certifications, and in-app content.
- Familiarity with tools like Pendo for in-app guide creation and Synthesia for video production (or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the finance and technology industries, particularly in areas such as risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), or SaaS solutions.
