Job Description
Purpose
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of commissioning and operation for complex network systems.
- Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating solutions.
- Designing and executing commissioning and operational processes.
- Problem identification and documentation using a trouble-ticket system, even in complex system landscapes.
- Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases.
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have at least 3 years of experience with the following:
- Fiber channel SAN Storage and High availability solutions Common Storage platforms (e.g. Dell)
- Know -how in Azure Administration
- Know -how in Veeam Backup & Replication
- ITIL
- You are experienced in implementing IT solutions
- You bring a hands-on mentality. You are organized in planning implementation steps and align with all relevant stakeholders
- You are a team player
Desired Certifications:
Languages:
- English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
- German – Advantage (Nice to have)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850€ /brutto.
