Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including employee management, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will work US shifts to align with our US-based operations and ensure efficient communication and collaboration with the US team.
- Employee Management: Oversee all aspects of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for US shifts. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in labor laws affecting the workplace.
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, and performance reviews for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably with experience in handling US shifts.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
