Are you an experienced professional in healthcare recruiting with a proven track record in business development? This role offers a partnership opportunity after one year of successful growth, working closely with Ranjith Ravula.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy for healthcare recruiting.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the healthcare industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights and market analysis to support business objectives

- Demonstrated success in business development and growth strategies.
- Strong network and relationships within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- References from previous roles showcasing success in similar positions.
