As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SoPost, you will play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA (UK, Spain, Italy, Poland, Nordics & Benelux). You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, and creating opportunities for our Brand Partnerships team. This role is ideal for a motivated, proactive individual eager to advance their career in sales.
Job Requirements1-2 years of experience in sales or business development as a Sales Development Representative with a focus on early stage pipeline development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and resilient attitude with a desire to succeed
Highly coachable, naturally curious, and proven success in previous roles
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Interest in marketing, e-commerce, and digital media
Fluency in English; additional EMEA language skills (Spanish or Italian) are a plus
Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Prospecting: Use research tools, email, phone, and LinkedIn to reach key decision-makers within target companies across the EMEA region.
Appointment Setting: Schedule 10 qualified meetings per month (30 per quarter) for the Brand Partnerships team and provide relevant insights from initial outreach during the handover.
Pipeline Management: Track outreach activities and lead progression using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team and Marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity within the EMEA market to enhance outreach efforts.

A virtual call with our Founder and CEO, Jonny.
