We’re looking for a Triage Advisor to join the newly formed Triage team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.
As a Triage Advisor, you’ll be a primary point of contact for colleagues with queries around finance and processes – providing advice, first line resolution and admin support for exceptions. We’ll need you to use your great communication and organisation skills, offering colleagues the best possible service. You’ll use SAP and other systems, developing your technical skills on the job with support from more senior colleagues. It’s a great chance for you to advance your abilities and gain great exposure within CBS.
What you’ll do
• Provide first line resolution and admin support around financial queries and processes, solving problems and providing accurate reporting within agreed timescales • Make sure that processes are followed and look for opportunities to drive effectiveness through continuous improvements • Develop a broader understanding of the Triage team, to recognise the impact of your role on CBS and the wider business strategy • Demonstrate inclusive behaviour, collaborating across the team to establish a shared understanding of what good behaviour looks like
