We are seeking a Sr. Advisor to join the Enbridge Mainline FP&A team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive models to support the financial forecasts, budgets, long range strategic plans, and the various regulatory filings for the Enbridge Mainline system.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in various functions, provide relevant and concise analysis on tolling alternatives and commercial strategies in support of senior leadership decision making.

What You Will Do:
Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate financial models to support budget, forecasts, strategic planning and others periodic analytical initiatives.
Assist in the development of commercial agreements and tolling principles, apply financial expertise and business acumen in providing inputs for tolling alternatives, outlining issues and interdependencies.
Lead ad-hoc analytical initiatives for Commercial Strategy, Business Development, Regulatory and other LP and Corporate functions as they arise.
Produce comprehensive analysis for senior management that are succinct and insightful, identify and communicate the priority issues, risks, and opportunities to support decision making.
Maintain toll models and assist in various regulatory rate/toll filings and external audits as they arise, including regulatory audits by FERC/CER, as well as shipper and CRA audits.
Proactively maintain collaborative relationship with cross functional teams, foster strong and open communications with the various input providers to the financial modelling processes, ensuring economic results are substantiated and financial advices are sound.
Remain current on shipper agreements’ financial terms and conditions, identify financial impact and recommend accounting treatment as applicable.
Build and maintain expertise in understanding sophisticated principal business drivers within centralized services and other operating business segments.
Identify operational improvement opportunities, propose solutions and lead various operational improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
Required:
Related University degree and professional designation; CPA preferred
6+ years of relevant post designation experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills complemented by excellent attention to detail.
Works well within a multi-disciplinary team environment, with an ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
High proficiency in Excel required, working knowledge with Hyperion Planning and Essbase systems, Power BI proficiency an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a results oriented business approach.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
