Job DescriptionSite Operative – Will be responsible for supporting the direct Electrical & Civils Teams of Envevo to deliver to the highest standard of installations.
You will have a strong initiative and be proactive with a strong background in being hands on. We are looking for an exceptional individual with great communication skills, and a willingness to support and learn new practices and procedures.
You will assist with Electrical Installation Works and Civil Engineering, whilst supporting the wider business team in stock take, deliveries, transport and mobilisation of projects.
We are looking for an individual with confidence, enthusiasm, versatility and a passion for the renewable sector.
This role would be beneficial for an Electricians Mate, Laborer or self-funded apprentice, with a willingness to learn.

Job RequirementsEssential:
- Proven track record of manual work in construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Manual Driving license
- The right to work in the UK
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sustainability and the EV industry
- Proactive and preventive approach. (A Forward thinker)
Desirable:
- CSCS Card / DBS / IPAF
- Trade related qualifications in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities- To Assist Electricians on installations and projects
- To Assist Civil engineers on installations and projects.
- A flexible approach to working away where required
- To aid in stock take / replenish levels of our warehouse and maintain a clean and tidy environment
- Delivery and collection of materials to sites and stores
- Assist in the upkeep of vehicles assigned to the business unit, by picking up / dropping off to local garages.
- To always maintain working safely
- Maintain regular contact with the Fleet delivery department.
- Assist in the development of new safe working practices.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training were required.
- Be on target or exceed expectations on set goals.
