Business Analyst - Technology, Business Change, Integration

Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is a high profile organisation who urgently require a Business Analyst with experience in Technology and Business Change, working on requirements gathering and use case design for integrations, to join a business critical programme.
Key Requirements:

Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Analyst within both Technology and Business Change in large, complex and heavily regulated organisations
Expertise in gathering business requirements for integrations
Good understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and the ability to attract customers into buying a product
Proven experience of working in an Agile environment (working in Scrum Teams etc)
Collaborative approach to work with a positive, can-do and influential personality
Excellent stakeholder management skills and style with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences up to C-Level in addition to report writing and story telling
Proficiency with tools such as Jira
Flexible approach towards hybrid working, with ability to travel to other sites if required

Nice to have:

Commercial awareness of supplier relationships
Familiarity with OKRs
Good understanding of system integration and associated tooling
ISEB certification or equivalent
Immediate availability
