The IT Department at Brandeis is looking for a Temp Business Analyst, IT Change Management Office.
Please note that this is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months.
Job Description/Job Duties:
They will develop job aids, instructional videos, and other instructional materials as well schedule training sessions and work with subject matter experts to deliver training to users.
Coordinate with IT Organizational Change team and Project Managers to work on deliverables such as training plans, training needs analysis, meeting facilitation, and website management as directed.
Manage change management and product training activities via detailed planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
